How does direct quoting work?
Send your RFP, plan set, or fixture schedule. We quote the job at factory-direct pricing and return a line-item quote within one business day. You take material direct from the source, and we manage the order from quote to closeout.
What does factory-direct pricing mean for my bid?
You buy material direct from the source. We quote at factory-direct pricing and keep the extra margin layers out of your bid, so the number you carry is the number the material costs.
Do you offer turn-key or material only?
Both. Take material only and run your own crews, or have us quote the full installed package. We fit the scope you have.
Who manages the order after the quote?
We do. Our team manages submittals, lead times, and deliveries from quote to closeout, with national accounts discipline on every order.

How fast will I get a quote?

Who can buy from you?

Codes and rebates
Do you help with utility rebates?
Yes. Most utility rebates require DLC qualified product, and we quote with the DLC listings and rebate documentation your project needs. Our Tools page links the qualified products list and the business rebate programs for Puget Sound Energy, Snohomish County PUD, and Seattle City Light.
How does Washington energy code affect my lighting quote?
The 2021 Washington State and Seattle commercial energy codes set lighting power allowances and controls requirements for most commercial projects. Our Tools page links the Lighting Design Lab guide to the lighting requirements now in effect, and your quote matches the fixtures and controls your drawings call for.
What we supply
What product lines do you carry?
Commercial LED lighting for interior and exterior spaces, EV charging infrastructure, and commercial air purification units. Quote any of them together or on their own.
Can I match a color temperature across a whole building?
Yes. Most of our lighting lines ship with selectable CCT, so one fixture covers several spaces and you standardize on the look you want.
How is EV charging quoted?
Scope by scope. Price it alongside your lighting package or as a standalone project.
Where does air purification fit?
Offices, classrooms, and shared spaces. Quote the units with your lighting package or on their own.
